Pivotal Partners performs references on finalist candidates for all permanent placements, using a mix of interviews and in-depth due diligence.  We offer expert assistance with employment negotiations, providing recommendations regarding compensation and other issues necessary to gain a final agreement with the selected candidate.  Our independent role and knowledge can often be the critical success factor at this important juncture of the engagement.
