Posting your resume on a public job board can be risky. You never know who will see it, where it will be stored and how it will be shared. Our website is not a public job board. It is a secure database accessible only to Pivotal Partners Group professionals who are committed to protecting your privacy. Resume Policy

  • Only one resume submission is required since Pivotal Partners is able to use it on additional searches in the future.
  • The cover letter should be brief, but please do list all positions of interest or discussed in your cover letter. The resumes should also designate if the submission is in response to a specific search, stating what that search is for in the subject line. Blank subject line e-mails are treated as spam and will likely be deleted.
  • Resumes should be submitted within a chronological format and include salary history and geographic preferences on the resume or cover letter. Resumes should be named as follows: “JohnDoeResume”. Resumes not submitted this way will not be added to our database.
  • Resumes without candidate identification, dates of employment, salary history and geographic preferences risk not being processed.
  • Resumes should be submitted in DOC, PDF or RTF "PC" formats. Our preference is Microsoft Word. (Resumes containing viruses will be deleted).
