We use your information to (a) understand the qualifications, needs, and preferences of both candidates and clients, (b) find the best match of candidate’s skills and career goals for the clients existing and future development needs, and (c) assess and develop our business and operations to better serve our clients.

Your corporate or personal information is never traded, sold, or leased by us to any companies other than our affiliates. Your information is only disclosed for our legitimate business purposes or as required to meet legal and regulatory requirements, for example to comply with a court order.

When a candidate provides professional information we are authorized to share this information with selected clients. For example, we obtain your expressed written consent before releasing your information to a third party who provides background checks on potential employees.
