Pivotal Partners Group respects the privacy of our candidates and clients in all aspects of our business operations.  We have a commitment to protect your information when providing recruitment services. As such, we collect, use and disclose information only in accordance with this confidentiality policy.

We use your information to (a) understand the qualifications, needs, and preferences of both candidates and clients, (b) find the best match of candidate’s skills and career goals for the clients existing and future development needs, and (c) assess and develop our business and operations to better serve our clients.

Pivotal Partners Group does not collect more information than it reasonably believes is needed to fulfill these purposes.

Disclosure

Your corporate or personal information is never traded, sold, or leased by us to any companies other than our affiliates. Your information is only disclosed for our legitimate business purposes or as required to meet legal and regulatory requirements, for example to comply with a court order.

Consent

By providing us with your information, we receive your consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal or corporate information as specified herein. When a client provides a job description, we have authority to provide this information to selected candidates.  When a candidate provides professional information we are authorized to share this information with selected clients.  Wherever possible we shall obtain your expressed consent for other particular uses and disclosures. For example, we obtain your expressed written consent before releasing your information to a third party who provides background checks on potential employees.

Pivotal Partners Group strives to maintain accurate records of your information. To achieve this, we require your assistance.  In this ongoing effort, we ask you to provide us with your most up-to-date information. Let us know of any information you have given us in the past that is incomplete, inaccurate, or no longer relevant. We shall then make the appropriate modifications.
